Enclave is yet another new brand by A.J. Fernandez that is taking the cigar world by storm. Like the New World and New World Connecticut that were hits last year, Enclave is a collaboration between master cigar maker AJ Fernandez and his father Ismael. Made in his factory in Nicaragua, Enclave features an amazing blend of exclusively grown Nicaraguan and Piloto Cubano fillers, a Cameroon binder, and an enticing Ecuadorian Habano Rosado wrapper. Enclave by AJ Fernandez continues the tradition of medium-to-full bodied cigars with a good bit of complexity. The red hued wrapper exudes an earthy aroma. From the start there is a chocolatey creaminess normally not found in a cigar of this strength. This sweetness continues throughout the length of the cigar but the body builds to just below full. Towards the back half an intriguing spice seems to creep in and mix perfectly with the beginning flavor notes. Enclave by AJ Fernandez is yet another winner from the hot cigar maker. Medium-to-full in body but having enough complexity to keep you engaged throughout the entire smoke. The sweetness of this cigar matches perfectly with a hot espresso after a full meal.
