Returns Policy

If your cigars arrive dry, damaged, or compromised in any way, we will replace the entire order at no cost to you. Simply photograph the issue and email info@cigarstoresnearme.com within 14 days of delivery. No return shipping required for damaged goods.

Unopened boxes in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Please email us before returning so we can arrange a tracked return shipment. Opened boxes cannot be returned for hygiene and tobacco regulation reasons.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return (or confirming your damage claim). Funds are returned to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit unless specifically requested.
