Shipping Information

Every order is packaged in sealed cellophane sleeves with a calibrated Boveda humidity pack enclosed. The outer shipping box is sealed with moisture-barrier tape. Your cigars will arrive at 68–72% relative humidity — exactly as they left our warehouse.

Choose between Standard Delivery (3–6 business days) and Express Delivery (1–2 business days) at checkout. All orders are shipped with full tracking provided by email at dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your order value, and the exact amount for both Standard and Express is always shown before you place the order — no surprises, no hidden fees.

Due to EU tobacco regulations, we are currently unable to process shipping to France, Italy, and Spain. We monitor regulatory changes and will notify our subscribers when these destinations are re-enabled. All other EU countries are fully supported.
