Every order is backed by our 2-Cigar Freshness Guarantee. Smoke two cigars from any purchase โ if you are not completely satisfied with their freshness and condition, we will make it right with a replacement or refund. We can offer this because we control quality at every step.
How We Protect Freshness
Your cigars are stored in a climate-controlled vault at 68โ72% relative humidity, hand-inspected before dispatch, and sealed with a calibrated Boveda humidity pack inside a moisture-barrier shipping box. They arrive exactly as they left the factory.
How to Make a Claim
If your cigars arrive dry, cracked, or compromised, simply photograph the issue and email info@cigarstoresnearme.com within 14 days of delivery. There are no lengthy forms and no return shipping required for damaged goods โ most claims are resolved within one business day.
